10k is by itself a simple game mode, but it gets more complex with higher level of player. The first thing you need is a 10k basic char, it goes like this:

Some random color codes for your charname:
Type <Cr>NAME to make your characters name and messages that follow from your character red, you can use this for your fot nickname, if you want your message text to be different color, type <Cr in the end. 
Other colors: Cb - blue, Ck - black, Cw - white, Cm - purple, Cy - yellow, Cg - green.

Stats:
Strength - ATLEAST 7, you need 7st to take bonehead perk, which is vital.
Perception - can be varied, 8 if you want to take sniper perk,6 for bonus rate of fire, standart is 7.
Endurance - 10 or more.
CHarisma - 1...like your face:P
Intelligence - leave it at minimimum, or make it 6 if you want bonus rate of fire.
Agility - 7 for silent running.
Luck - 6 for bonus ranged damage.


Tagged skills:

Usualy its small guns; doctor; silent running. 

Some people take meele or big gun skills if they want to use prod or big flamer.

You need atleast 100% doctor, 50% sneak for silent running, standart small gun skill is 170% 
(it is one of factors that make your critical hits worse/better).

Traits:
Kamikadze and Fast Shot. 
You can try taking other traits like gifted to make exotic character, but do that when you learn abit about 10k char making.

PERKS:
At level 12 take two lifegiver perks.

After that, get to level 30 or 31 (more hp less equipment) and take these perks in any order or time you want:

Bonus ranged damage x2
bonehead (reduces knock out chance)
stonewall (reduces knock down chance)
silent running (can run while sneaked)

You can take more perks if you wish, or experiment, here are the usual secondary perks people take:
Better criticals
Pyromaniac (to increase fire weapon damage)
quick recovery (to wake up faster from being knocked out)
Living anatomy (+6 dmg)
Here and now (gives you a level = more hp and possibly another perk : TAKE THIS ONE IN GAME)

Sniper (increase critical hit chance, but seems to not work in 10k, if you want it anyway it requires 8 pe, 8 agi and 6 int)


INVENTORY:

healing:
Take a doctors bag or two, can take some ultra stimpacks if got spare points, too.

Armour:

Metal armor mk1 or mk2 (best armour because of fastest shooting animation)
Tesla (costs alot more than metal, but gives some protection against flamer weapons and prod)


Weapons:

Pancor Jackhammer (this gun is a MUST for a starting player, or a sane player)
Fletchette shotgun ammo (the one that adds more damage - with all hits being critical, only those that ignore damage resistance count, so AP bullets are worthless, only damage required)

Gauss (the best damage sniper weapon for 10k, it can compete with pancor - needs a fast character)
Sniper rifle (the other sniper, crappy damage, but takes less action points to shoot and hits instantly)

Small flamer (easy kills upclose, because it ignores damage resistance)
Big flamer (a little harder to equip, but worth it - more damage than small flamer)

Prod (ultimate 10k meele weapon - use on overload setting)
Power fist (lol:P, not very good, but KINDA WORKS, and is funny)

Spasm gun (some cheap fast shots, can knock out enemy with stun)


DRUGS (listed in order of usefulness): 

VOODOO (this is the essence of 10k, you need AT LEAST 4 of these, 6 voodoo + a trauma pack is maximum - gives you the most damage res/critical chance)
Trauma pack (gives strength, endurance, damage resistance, and heals alot of hp. Can use as medical supply, can use to be able to take more drugs due to increased endurance or you can use it in the end of round when drug effects wear off - trauma still increases resistance)
Afterburner gum (+1 pe and increases your speed)
Mutie (damage resistance, increases hit points and strength - useful if you want abit more hit points or need strenth)
Mentats (increase int and pe)
Psycho (pretty much useless, but can be used if you want to make a deathclaw...I won't be helping you with that:D, can also be used to kill other characters from drug overdose...good luck with that, very funny)
Whatever other drugs there are - useless as far as i know.


Alright, i guess you are done with your character at this point. You can recolor it with IEF color editor (must be somewhere in www.goatzilla.tk)
